This beautiful creature has sadly gone to the angels for good. The last of these incredible marsupials died of exposure in the Hobart Zoo in 1936. Gone but they live on in the collective memory of those who are interested. This Christmas decoration was made to keep the memory alive and also as a reminder to try and avoid letting other unique critters go the same way.
